At HelmetMinis, we are committed to providing clear, secure, and legally compliant service in accordance with current e-commerce regulations.

🚚 Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

📦 Estimated Delivery Times

  • United States: between 5 and 12 business days.

  • Europe: between 4 and 10 business days.

  • Latin America & other international destinations: between 10 and 20 business days.

These are estimated timeframes and may vary depending on the shipping carrier and delivery location.

⏳ Exceptional Delays

In rare cases (strikes, customs delays, high order volumes, etc.), the delivery time may be extended by a few days. In such cases, customers will be promptly notified by email.

🔒 Secured & Trackable Shipping

All shipments are secured and include tracking numbers, which are sent to the customer by email once the order has been prepared.

💡 Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
If a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect or missing information (street number, apartment, etc.), the customer will be responsible for any reshipping costs.

🌍 Shipping Areas

We currently ship to the United States, Europe, and selected countries in Latin America.
